Log In So You Don't Miss Out.

Did you know that, in addition to the information available to everyone at https://northamptonneighbors.org/, there is a Member Center for NN members only? In order to access the Member Center, you must log in. Taking that extra step allows you to contact other members, find professional services recommended by NN members, access the NN listserve, and more.

Following are instructions to gain access.

How to Log In to the Member Center

1. Go to https://northamptonneighbors.org/

2. Click on "Member Login" in the top-right corner of your screen.

    -If you have a username and password, enter them and then click “Log In.”
    -If you do not have a username and/or password, click on the “Forgot My Username/Password” button and enter your email address. If the email address you provide is on file, your user name and a new password will be emailed to you.
    -If you’re still having trouble receiving your user name and password, call us at 413-341-0160 and we will provide one.

3. Once you are logged in, your name will appear in the top right corner of the screen and the headline underneath the two top photos will read "Welcome, Member".

“Member Center” will now appear as a menu item in the top navigation bar. Click that menu item to explore.

What’s Only in the Member Center

Find a Member: This searchable database has the name, email, phone number, and photo of members who chose to share their information. There’s a "how to: member directory" guide on the Member Center page.

Read/Post to the Listserve: To post to this electronic bulletin board, click on "NN Listserve" (in small type, next to "Forum Members Only") Then choose to “Start New Thread" or click on a post and "reply."  For help, click on "How to: Listserve" on the Member Center page. The listserve is a great place to share events and news items, look for or offer help, and keep up to date with neighbors.

Get Recommended Professional Services: This searchable database helps you find member-recommended professionals, such as housekeepers, plumbers, electricians, and painters. There are categories for home, medical, personal care, lawn/garden, pet services, and more.

NN Member Handbook: This is a downloadable nine-page PDF guide to NN's programs, services, member benefits, and more.
