info@northamptonneighbors.org or leave a message at 413-341-0160. Our NN call manager volunteer team checks NN email and phone messages regularly (except for weekends and holidays) and will contact you within 48 hours if we need more information about how we can help.
When leaving your message, provide your name, telephone number, and when and how we can help. If necessary, a call manager will contact you for more information.
If you need transportation, please include the date and time, where you want to go, and what you want to do–such as get to a medical appointment or go grocery shopping. For round trips, let us know when to pick you up and how long your appointment, task, or visit will take so we can plan for a ride back home.
Don’t hesitate to ask if you have a special request. We may be able to help or suggest someone who can.
It usually takes at least three days to schedule a service and you
may request up to three services a week. (In exceptional circumstances, this limit may be waived.)
Volunteer Match with Service Request
Once we’ve logged in your request, we will identify a volunteer suited to your needs. Please keep in mind that it may take at least a few days to find the right match. The available volunteer will then call you to confirm the details of your request.
