COVID-19 In-Person Service Policy
(August 2023)
For the health and safety of our neighbors, and to limit the risks associated with COVID-19, we must follow these guidelines for in-person services.
● Before in-person services answer the NN health screening questions below.
● Member and Volunteer should discuss safety precautions before meeting for a service.
● If either requests masking, both should mask. Either may prefer that the passenger sit in the back seat with a window open, too.
● During an in-person service maintain social distance, wash your hands, and bring fresh air into your environment.
Health Screening Questions for In-Person Services
Do not ask for an in-person service if you have had contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 10 days, had any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days, or answer yes to any of the NN health screening questions below. On the day of your scheduled service, ask yourself these questions again.
❏ Do I have a fever/chills or do I feel feverish?
❏ Do I have a new cough?
❏ Do I have shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
❏ Do I have a sore throat?
❏ Do I have body aches?
❏ Do I have an unusual headache?
❏ Do I feel excessively tired/fatigued?
❏ Have I noticed a new loss of taste or smell?
❏ Do I have congestion or a runny nose?
❏ Am I nauseated or vomiting?
❏ Do I have diarrhea?
Please cancel your in-person service when you do not feel well.

We encourage avoiding exposure to COVID-19 and helping others to do this also.
This includes:
● Being up to date with COVID-19 vaccine
● wearing masks, especially when in crowded indoor settings
● maximizing ventilation
● using antigen tests if you think you’ve been exposed to the virus or if you develop symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
